The General Directorate of Civil Defence, in coordination with the Information and eGovernment Authority, joined the National Suggestions & Complaints System (Tawasul) to enhance fast and direct interaction with citizens and residents. They can submit their inquiries, comments and suggestions through Bahrain.bh or the Tawasul App.
The public could contact the general directorate for matters related to its various directorates, electronic payments, services, awareness and lectures. A concerned team will respond to inquiries, comments, and suggestions. It also provides support for the public.
The system was launched in January 2014 to enhance the performance of government authorities, and the app was introduced in 2016. The system has 56 government authorities.
