The Director-General of Civil Defence, Brigadier Ali Al Kubaisi, received the Commissioner of Singapore Civil Defence Force, Eric Yap, and the accompanying delegation.
He welcomed the guests, hailing the Civil Defence Academy role in Singapore, considered one of the most specialised training centres in the world and playing a prominent role in qualifying national civil defence cadres.
The delegation toured the work sites of officers who graduated from the academy, to which the Singaporean officials hailed their dedication and high skills.
