The General Directorate of Civil Defence introduced a new e-service to report fire accidents via the Criminal Security System (Najem), in which the reports are issued and sent without personal attendance. The directorate called upon citizens to reach out through email at customercare.gdcd@interior.gov.bh or the call centre on 17461100 to receive reports and inquiries.
