Per His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa's instructions to assign vehicle traffic inspection to the private sector, the General Directorate of Traffic has opened a lane to inspect motorcycles at the Denso Traffic Inspection Centre of Ibrahim Khalil Kanoo Company in the Ramli area. Previously, the centre was offering services to light vehicles only.
The lane was opened after fulfilling the criteria and training the technicians to ensure efficient services in terms of vehicle safety and meeting the technical conditions.
