His Excellency Capital Governor Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman bin Rashid Al Khalifa emphasised that the giving and solidarity that characterise Bahraini society reflects the genuine customs and traditions of Bahraini citizens. He also mentioned that charitable endeavours during the holy month of Ramadan help to activate the concept of community partnership and enhance spirituality.
His Excellency the Capital Governor visited several Iftar meal distribution locations organised by the Capital Governorate. He was informed about the distribution process's advancement and expressed gratitude to all the coordinators and volunteers in charge of managing the Iftar process in mosques.
His Excellency the Capital Governor explained that the Kingdom of Bahrain places great emphasis on developing the culture of humanitarianism by establishing humanitarian and charitable institutions to assist those in need. He emphasised that the governorate continued charitable initiatives and volunteer work during Ramadan, underlining how it plays a distinguished role in promoting community partnership and demonstrating the strength of the community.
