The Nationality, Passports, and Residence Affairs (NPRA) announced on Sunday that it is resuming its official working hours at its service centres in the Security Complex in Muharraq and Isa Town. Meanwhile, the Contact Centre receives inquiries through phone calls from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
It is important to book an appointment via the MAWAEID app before visiting the centre. For any inquiries, the public could call 17077077 or email infor@npra.gov.bh. The public could apply for online services throughout the day via the NPRA website www.npra.gov.bh, the government e-portal Bahrain.bh, or evisa.gov.bh.
