The Anti-Economic Crimes Directorate of the General Directorate of Anti-Corruption and Economic and Electronic Security has held a coordination meeting with the Benefit Company to review the reinforcement of personal information of banking services. Both sides explored new financial technologies and electronic transactions in the BenefitPay app and the new ID verification (IDV) feature. Cooperation and coordination to ensure information security for citizens and residents and limit scam cases through awareness campaigns were discussed.
