His Excellency Ministry of Interior Undersecretary for Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA) and Chairman of the Anti-Violence and Addiction Committee Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, has distributed thirty books published by Maan Regional Centre for Research and Training in the Knowledge Resource Centres (public libraries). This was during His Excellency’s reception of Ms. Kifaya Habib Al-Anzour, Assistant Undersecretary for Educational Services at the Ministry of Education, Director-General of Women Police Major General Mona Ali Abdulrahim, and Director of Maan “Together” Programme Mr. Ali Ahmed Amini.
His Excellency Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa commended the follow-up of His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, in implementing all initiatives and programmes that would protect generations and develop intellectual security and social responsibility, pointing to the keenness to deliver and complete the procedures for depositing paper and electronic books in the centres.
He added that these publications focus on all the programmes of the Maan “Together” Committee. The intellectual output includes a number of research books, procedural guides, codes of conduct, and descriptive and analytical studies according to scientific research methodologies and the compatibility of programme objectives with human rights and the 2030 sustainable development goals.
The Assistant Undersecretary for Educational Services highlighted the importance of the themes on which these literary and scientific products focused and the data collected in the process of various studies, which supports science and knowledge.
