A joint inspector campaign led to the arrest of violators of Bahrain’s laws and residency rules. The campaign was held by the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA) and the Capital Governorate Police Directorate of the Interior Ministry in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Health, the Labour Market Regulatory Authority and the Southern Governorate Municipality. It was part of ongoing efforts to tackle violations. Any illegal worker violations could be reported by calling the NPRA contact centre at 17077077 or emailing info@npra.gov.bh.
