The Chief of Public Security, Lt-General Tariq Al Hassan, received the US Director of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, Omar Lopez. The Deputy Chief of Public Security, Major-General Dr Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Director-General of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science, Major-General Abdulaziz Al Rumaihi and Assistant Chief of Public Security for Operations and Training Affairs, Brigadier Mohammed Al Harram, attended the meeting. The Chief welcomed the US official, hailing the strong ties and police and security cooperation between the two friendly countries. The meeting reviewed topics of common interest, including exchanging expertise in criminal research and investigations and holding joint exercises.
