The Executive Office of the National Plan to Promote the Spirit of Belonging to the Nation and Reinforce the Values of Nationalism (Bahrainouna) has organised an open discussion at the Public Security Officers Club. A delegation from the United Arab Emirates attended the event that covered several youth and national topics concerning the two brotherly countries. The discussion was managed by the office Supervisor-General, Major-General Mohammed Bin Daina, and Dharar Belhoul Al Falasi, Executive Director of the Watani Al Emarat Foundation. The first batch of the foundation’s Youth Parliamentarians Programme also attended the event.
Major-General Mohammed Bin Daina welcomed the attendees, highlighting the significance of exchanging expertise and successful experiences to promote loyalty and belonging to the nation and benefit from the solid brotherly ties and common visions between the two countries.
He highlighted the plan’s goals and initiatives, which are based on the visions of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. He hailed the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, and the Prime Ministry in implementing the plan.
He also valued His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa's instructions to continue with the plan, which includes 100 initiatives.
Major-General Mohammed Bin Daina reiterated the pivotal role of youth in shaping the future, countering extremism, and safeguarding national achievements. He further emphasised that the office’s programmes and activities are guided by these crucial perspectives.
The comprehensive dialogue affirmed the importance of promoting cooperation and coordination to exchange youth-related expertise and experiences. The UAE delegation was briefed on efforts to promote partnerships between the office and other government and private sector partners and on the plan’s initiatives and achievements.
