An Interior Ministry delegation attended an open meeting of technical and legal experts at the International Atomic Energy Agency in Austria to share information related to the application of the Guide for the Import and Export of Radioactive Sources. During the meeting, countries' experiences in applying the import and export guide were reviewed, challenges related to communication points and readiness were discussed, and a number of difficulties related to transferring and transporting shipments.
