The Ministry of Interior Open Handball tournament concluded last Tuesday. It was held at the Bahrain Sports Club fields and the Bahrain Handball Federation Hall, with the participation of teams of the Ministry of Interior. The event was attended by Deputy Chief of Public Security Major General Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa.
The Deputy Chief of Public Security awarded the championship trophy and gold medals to the winning team and handed the silver medals to the runner-up team. The Capital Governorate Police Directorate team won the tournament after defeating the Muharraq Governorate Police Directorate team 28/24.
The Deputy Chief of Public Security praised the performance during the tournament and thanked the Public Security Sports Association and everyone who contributed to the tournament.
