The National Ambulance Centre works for ongoing improvement in swift response to emergencies by fast-reaching the site and providing the required health services at the location before transferring the patients to the hospital.
This is per the instructions of His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa and the dedication of the Interior Ministry to implementing sustainable development goals through the adoption of some remarkable initiatives.
The centre also works to promote cooperation and coordination with hospitals in Bahrain, build capabilities and enhance workforce skills through specialised training.
