The Anti-Cyber Crimes Directorate of the General Directorate of Anti-Corruption and Economic and Electronic Security has summoned and arrested two individuals aged 24 and 27 for circulating social media posts of a religious defaming nature by insulting figures glorified by a sect and promoting sedition and sectarianism in a way that is inconsistent with the requirements of civil peace and social stability. Legal proceedings are being taken to refer the case to the Public Prosecution.
