The Customs Affairs launched a platform of four customer service centres on its website www.bahraincustoms.gov.bh, which are the Virtual Customer Service Centre, the Unified Clearance Centre, the Air Cargo-One Step Centre, and the Passengers Inspection Centre- Land Port, where customers can view information related to service centres, such as working hours, communication channels, electronic services, and a guide to the services provided at each centre. Customers can also book an appointment with customer service centres through the (Mawaeid) app.
The Customs Affairs seeks to improve the services provided through the service centres as they are the direct interface with clients and to keep pace with the government’s efforts aimed at establishing a culture of customer service through various approved channels to provide distinguished government services that depend on quick response and delivery, in addition to achieving the community’s aspirations to obtain sustainable government services with the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
