The Deputy Capital Governor Hassan Al Madani inaugurated the annual summer activity of the Bahrain Association for Parents and Friends of the Disabled in its 14th edition, which is organized by the association at its entertainment centre in Salmaniya Park.
The Deputy Capital Governor briefed on the association’s various summer programme activities and events, and stressed the Capital Governorate's eagerness to continue supporting and sponsoring programmes and activities, to accomplish its comprehensive development goals and to activate the principle of community partnership.
He said that the governorate has placed special emphasis on integrating people with special needs into society, activating their role, and raising their level of determination.
The Chairperson of the Association’s Board of Directors thanked the Capital Governorate for their support, demonstrating the Governorate's interest in people with special needs.
