Director of Security Culture at the General Directorate of Media and Security Culture took part in the 17th meeting of the Security Media Committee of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, held in Abu Dhabi, the UAE.
The meeting covered several key topics from the agenda, including decisions from the 40th session of Their Highnesses, Excellencies Ministers of Interior of the GCC. Discussions focused on recommendations directed to the Security Media Committee and explored strategies to strengthen the role of security media in promoting awareness through social media platforms. Additionally, the meeting emphasised the importance of creating educational media content that reflects a unified Gulf identity, and organising joint training workshops, and promotional, and marketing strategies among member states to further enhance and develop the Gulf media system.
New updates related to supporting joint Gulf police media efforts were also reviewed during the meeting.
