Major Ibrahim Hamad Shuwaiter, an Interior Ministry's Human Resources affiliate, won the Best Leadership Development Award while participating in the GOV HR Summit in Abu Dhabi.
The Interior Ministry Undersecretary for Human Resources, Major-General Adel Ameen, asserted that the achievement was part of His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa's support for enhancing human resources and performance to promote competency and productivity.
He continued the award aims to encourage innovation and excellence to reflect on the work environment.
