Al Amn FM radio show focused on the efforts of the General Directorate of Anti-Corruption and Economic and Electronic Security. The show, organised by the General Directorate of Media and Security Culture, hosted Captain Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa.
During the show, Captain Salman stressed that the directorate deals with many corruption cases, most notably bribery, accepting gifts indirectly to provide services, exploiting public funds and fraud in the public and private sectors. He said that corruption crimes are not widespread in Bahraini society. He added that the reform project of His Majesty the King has established a strong system of laws and legislation to confront such crimes.
