His Excellency Capital Governor Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman bin Rashid Al Khalifa chaired a meeting of the Capital Governorate's Security Committee. The meeting was attended by Deputy Capital Governor Hassan Abdullah Al Madani and representatives from the Ministry of Interior's security directorates and service agencies. The committee addressed various security and service-related topics within the governorate, focusing on plans to enhance stability and community safety.
At the meeting's outset, HE the Capital Governor expressed gratitude to the security directorates for their exceptional efforts in maintaining law and public order, emphasising the Governorate's commitment to implementing programmes and plans that ensure the provision of essential services to both citizens and residents, as well as developing effective solutions to their needs and aspirations.
The committee reviewed service needs in the Capital Governorate, upcoming events in November and December aligned with national celebrations, and security matters.
