On the sidelines of the Bahrain International Airshow (BIAS) 2024, the Deputy Interior Minister, Lt-General Adel bin Khalifa Al Fadhel and Airbus Helicopters Vice-President of the Middle East and Africa Region, Arnaud Montalvo, signed a Letter of Intent that includes developing technical and technological capabilities of the Police Aviation through H145 multi-role helicopter and its advanced mission competencies for public safety, emergency medical services and law enforcement.
The Deputy Interior Minister praised the contributions of these advanced technical capabilities to the Police Aviation work and tasks that could enhance its role in providing security services with high efficiency. He noted that this step comes within the Ministry of Interior’s efforts to develop the competence of Police Aviation and work to enhance its role in protecting security and public safety.
