Director-General of Customs Inspection and Security, Brigadier Abdullah Al Kubaisi, has inaugurated a forum entitled: “Customs is working to engage new partners to achieve the goal" from 20 to 21 November 2024. The event was attended by Dr Walid bin Ibrahim Abu Ghanem, Saudi Director of King Fahd Causeway Customs, a number of officers from the Ministry of Interior, Bahrain’s other organisations, and 100 employees.
In his speech, the Director-General expressed his thanks and appreciation to the President of Customs Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and for the continuous care and attention given to all Customs Affairs employees within the framework of building their capabilities and providing for their needs.
He also stressed that Customs Affairs, through its strategic plan 2024-2025, gives importance to continuing to improve employees’ skills and enhance their capabilities by preparing customs experts in various customs specialisations and enhancing the concept of development.
