Coinciding with Jewellery Arabia 2024, Customs Affairs launched an updated version of the “Exhibition2” app by the Information Systems Directorate. The system, launched by Customs Affairs in 2021, aims to facilitate customs procedures for holding exhibitions. It is considered a qualitative step in the customs services provided at Jewellery Arabia, as this application has automated the exhibitor’s journey from the beginning of registration until the final customs clearance.
After announcing “Exhibitions 2,” Customs Affairs witnessed a great turnout from exhibitors who registered goods through the application. This is part of Customs Affairs' dedication to enhancing all apps and programmes to meet digital enhancement and contribute to economic growth.
