Customs Affairs and the National Bureau For Revenue have signed a service-level agreement. The President of Customs, Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa, asserted that the agreement is part of a dedication to providing the best services and customs and security practices. He highlighted that the agreement aims to provide the best solutions and customs services by regulating communication means and enhancing ties with all partners.
The Bureau CEO, Rana Ebrahim Faqihi, asserted that the agreement aims to enhance and develop joint services.
The service level agreement included the cooperation of the two parties in providing the best of the various services assigned to them according to the highest quality standards and performance indicators.
