His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, were congratulated by His Excellency Ministry of Interior Undersecretary for Nationality, Passports and Residence (NPRA) Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, on McLaren winning the Formula 1 World Constructors’ Championship and securing first place at the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2024, held at Yas Marina Circuit in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This marks their first Formula 1 World Constructors’ Championship win in 26 years.
On this occasion, HE Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa praised this historic achievement, noting that this accomplishment stands as a proud addition to the Kingdom of Bahrain’s global contributions, reaffirming the success of national investments in attaining prestigious international milestones.
