The Executive Office of the National Plan to Promote the Spirit of Belonging to the Nation and Reinforce the Values of Nationalism (Bahrainouna), in collaboration with the Ministry of Information, launched the second season of the "Bahraini Camera" initiative. The launch was attended by Dr. Ramzan bin Abdulla Al Noaimi, Minister of Information.
On this occasion, the minister expressed the ministry's eagerness to support this promising initiative in its second season, which aligns with the objectives and vision of the National Plan to enhance national belonging. It aims to translate the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to uphold the values of citizenship and strengthen the commitment to the national identity. He emphasised the ministry's role in fostering national talent and youth creativity.
The second season focuses on short documentaries showcasing Bahrainis who have made significant contributions to society. The initiative aims to highlight young Bahraini creativity and provide support through a selection process by a specialised committee.
Lieutenant General Mohammed bin Dinah, General Supervisor of the Executive Office for Bahrainouna, commended the initiative's role in preserving Bahrain's cultural heritage, he also expressed appreciation to Dr. Al Noaimi for supporting the initiative.
