As part of efforts to foster community partnership, Northern Governor Ali bin Al Shaikh Abdulhussain Al Asfoor, received a number of the governorate's residents in the presence of Deputy Northern Governor Brigadier Abdullah Ali Rashid Maanter, Chairman of the North Area Municipal Council, Dr. Sayed Shubar Ibrahim Al-Wadaei, and the members of the Healthy Cities Programme Committees.
The Northern Governor commended the collaboration advancing the Healthy Cities Programme ahead of World Health Organisation accreditation, emphasising the importance for preventive measures, healthier practices, and community-driven initiatives.
The attendees expressed gratitude to the Northern Governor for the governorate's efforts in fostering community partnership, security, and national unity.
