HE Capital Governor holds weekly Majlis

The residents of the Capital Governorate commended its achievement in receiving the accreditation certificate from the World Health Organisation as the first "Healthy Governorate" in the Middle East Region. They noted it reflects Bahrain's ongoing efforts to improve its health environment and adds to the nation's achievements.

His Excellency Capital Governor Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman bin Rashid Al Khalifa, welcomed the guests of the Governorate Majlis, where the residents expressed pride in the achievement. They highlighted its reflection of Bahrain’s visionary leadership in improving quality of life and health, alongside the successful collaboration between the governorate, Ministry of Health, residents, and various entities.

HE the Capital Governor highlighted the governorate's remarkable development across various sectors, driven by significant projects from the government led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister. He noted the diversity of projects across housing, health, tourism, and more, reflecting the government’s commitment to sustainable development under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
