The Anti-Cyber Crimes Directorate of the General Directorate of Anti-Corruption and Economic and Electronic Security, in collaboration with the International Criminal Police Organisation (Interpol), arrested an Arab fugitive for involving in scam cases of selling fake tickets for concerts in Bahrain.
The directorate said that it had initiated several procedures, including issuing an international warrant, leading to his arrest outside Bahrain and bringing him to justice. Per the law, he was referred to the Public Prosecution after completing the necessary procedures to serve his sentence and be deported after completing his jail term.
