Secretariat General of the Arab Interior Ministers Council announced that the Community Police Directorate of the Public Security Presidency for Community Affairs has won the Prince Nayef Award for Arab Security in the Security Studies category. This recognition was granted for a security study conducted by the Security Studies Division, titled Artificial Intelligence and Crime in the Arab World.
On this occasion, Assistant Chief of Public Security for Community Affairs Brigadier Ammar Mustafa Al-Sayed emphasised that this achievement was made possible through the unwavering support and guidance of His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa. He highlighted the Ministry's commitment to continuously developing police work and improving performance through modern technologies and artificial intelligence, which enhance efficiency and productivity in the security field.
This award marks a milestone, as the Security Studies Division of the Public Security Presidency for Community Affairs also won the same award last year for a study titled "The Preventive Role of Family in Strengthening Community Security."
The Public Security Presidency for Community Affairs has become the only security entity in the Arab world to win the Prince Nayef Award twice consecutively in the history of this prestigious international award. This achievement underscores the professionalism and excellence of the Security Studies Division in monitoring and analyzing security risk environments.
