RAP Organises Pace Sticking Competition

The Royal Academy of Police (RAP) organised its annual internal pace-sticking competition at the training field. The competition aims to select candidates to represent the Interior Ministry in international pace-sticking contests. 

Fifteen teams representing various directorates of the Ministry of Interior competed in this competition. The Academy participated with eight teams, three of which were professionals and five were beginners. The Special Security Force Command participated with six teams, one of which was professional and five of which were beginners. The Directorate of Protocol and VIP Protection also participated with two professional teams.

At the end of the competition, the Director of Admissions and Registration, Brigadier Khalid Ismail Khalifa, at the Royal Police Academy distributed prizes to the winning teams, as well as the outstanding contestants in the competition. The RAP Professional Team (A) won first place, the Protocol and VIP Protection (A) Professional Team won second place, and the Special Security Force Command Professional Team won third place in the competition.

As for the beginners’ category teams, the RAP Beginners (A) team won first place, while the Special Security Force Command Beginners teams won second and third place.
