Northern Governor Ali Abdulhussain Al Asfoor highlighted the importance of community partnerships in supporting underprivileged families during Ramadan. The governorate continues its charitable efforts through initiatives such as “Byout Al-Khair”, Ramadan basket distributions, and providing healthy Iftar meals.
Additionally, the governorate launched the “Fast and Stay Healthy with the Biggest Winner” competition in collaboration with the World Health Organisation to combat obesity and smoking.
Around 750 Ramadan baskets were distributed to over 50 social and care institutions during a meeting with charitable organisations.
