In line with the directives of the government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the Nationality, Passports, and Residency Affairs (NPRA) has announced the availability of its services through the unified "MyGov" application. This initiative follows the recent launch of the app by His Excellency the Minister of Interior, who also chairs the Chairman of the Ministerial Committee for Information and Communication Technology (MCICT).

His Excellency explained that, in its initial phase, the application will provide access to several NPRA services, including displaying passport and residency status. Additionally, in collaboration with the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA), more NPRA electronic services will be integrated into MyGov to enhance customer accessibility and improve user experience.

(MyGov) is one of Bahrain’s leading digital initiatives, offering a secure and unified login experience for multiple government services. It integrates with the enhanced (eKey 2.0), which features biometric authentication (facial recognition) for identity verification, significantly enhancing security. In its first phase, the app includes 41 government services from 9 entities, facilitating seamless access for citizens and residents.

Citizens and residents are encouraged to download the "MyGov" application via the eGovernment Apps Store (bahrain.bh/apps) for quick and secure access to government services. For further inquiries, users can contact the Government Services contact centre at 80008001 or submit their suggestions and feedback through (Tawasul) the National Suggestions & Complaints System or the Tawasul app.
