Northern Governorate holds a workshop

The Northern Governorate has held a workshop on artificial intelligence, in the presence of the Northern Governor, Ali bin Al Shaikh Abdulmohsen Al Asfoor and other officials. The event was presented by the Executive Advisor for Artificial Intelligence at His Highness Shaikh Nasser Centre for Research and Development in Artificial Intelligence, Jassim Haji Hassim.
The workshop included an introduction to artificial intelligence, comparing it to the human mind, as well as a review of its history, its most prominent areas of application, and its practical uses, with a focus on the necessary infrastructure for its implementation, including hardware and software. The workshop also included a presentation on the Kingdom of Bahrain's path towards adopting artificial intelligence and future trends in this field.
