Deputy Chief of Public Security Major-General Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa has toured the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) to inspect security preparedness for the success of the Bahrain Grand Prix (Formula One).
He was briefed on security plans to ensure preparedness to protect security and general order. He highlighted the instructions of His Excellency Interior Minister, and the follow-up of the Chief of Public Security to take precautionary measures and procedures to ensure the required protection and provide the best security services for the success of this global event.
The Deputy Chief affirmed that the primary and emergency plans were reviewed and those involved in them were trained through some security scenarios conducted by representatives of the concerned authorities.
