A delegation of the Interior Ministry has participated in the 2025 ICAO Facilitation Conference (FALC 2025) held in Qatar with the participation of 190 countries. The Assistant Undersecretary for Exits, Search and Follow-Up led the delegation, and Brigadier Abdulaziz Al Dossairi, the Director of Exits Management, Lt-Col. Fawaz Al Jiran and Nationality, Passports and Residence officials.
The conference was held under the theme " Facilitating the Future of Air Transport: Collaboration, Efficiency, Inclusivity." Participants discussed the most prominent challenges and opportunities related to airport facilitating procedures and ways to develop mechanisms for international cooperation.
During its participation, the Bahraini delegation emphasised the importance of enhancing international cooperation and adopting global best practices, which contribute to raising the efficiency of airport agencies and streamlining procedures, focusing on improving the traveler experience through innovative solutions and simplified procedures.
