The Muharraq Governor, Salman bin Isa Bin Hindi Al Mannai, affirmed that providing a healthy and motivating work environment is fundamental for enhancing institutional performance. This is achieved by adopting accredited programmes and innovative initiatives that elevate the quality of the workplace and contribute to building national competencies capable of keeping pace with professional requirements.
This came during an event organised by the Muharraq Governorate, in cooperation with the Health and Social Affairs Directorate at the Ministry of Interior, under the title "Health Screenings for Governorate Employees." The initiative is part of the "Healthy Lifestyle-Promoting Workplaces" programme and supports the "Healthy Cities" programme.
