Muharraq Governor Salman bin Isa Bin Hindi Al Mannai commended the Interior Ministry’s ongoing development efforts led by His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa.
He affirmed that these efforts have positively contributed to enhancing security and developmental services across the Kingdom.
This came during the Governor’s chairing of the Muharraq Governorate Security Committee meeting, attended by officials.
During the meeting, the Governor reviewed key security and service plans for the upcoming period, particularly in light of the approaching summer holiday. He stressed the importance of intensifying awareness campaigns to educate citizens and residents on the necessity of regular home maintenance, given its significant role in promoting public safety. He also instructed the intensification of inspection campaigns targeting restaurants and commercial establishments to ensure compliance with safety regulations, commending the vital role of the General Directorate of Civil Defence in awareness efforts and necessary safety measures.
