In a statement marking the Directorate’s gold classification under the fifth cycle of the Government Service Centre Evaluation Programme, he noted that this recognition reflects the Directorate’s commitment to implementing best practices in customer service, and its ongoing efforts to improve the work environment and adopt modern technologies within a comprehensive vision aimed at achieving institutional excellence.
He praised the efforts of the General Directorate of Traffic’s personnel in delivering high-quality and efficient services, which contributed to raising customer satisfaction and meeting the programme’s evaluation standards.
