The Procedures Development and Standardisation Team at the Assistant Undersecretary for Planning and Organisation Office in the Ministry of Interior, in coordination with Seef Properties, organised an awareness workshop on submitting electronic cases via the "MyGov" application.
The workshop aimed to promote digital awareness and streamline communication with relevant authorities. It targeted commercial mall employees by introducing them to the steps for submitting cases electronically through the app, thereby enhancing response efficiency and ensuring timely action within an advanced digital work environment.
