Assistant General Coordinator of Governorates, Major Ahmed Mohammed Hejres, was awarded the Diamond Level Healthy Lifestyles Workplaces accreditation by the Ministry of Health, in recognition of fulfilling all programme standards. The presentation was attended by Assistant Undersecretary of Public Health, Dr. Samia Ali Bahram.
The Assistant General Coordinator of Governorates stated that the accreditation reflects the implementation of instructions by His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, to foster a healthy work environment, enhance occupational safety, and develop human resources as pillars of institutional progress.
He emphasised that this achievement underscores the General Coordination of Governorates' dedication to upholding national occupational health standards. It demonstrates the success of initiatives to cultivate an exemplary workplace focused on preventive measures and public health awareness, enhancing both performance and quality of life at work.
