The Chairman of the Permanent Tennis Committee, Shaikh Khalid bin Rashid Al Khalifa, extended his highest congratulations to His Excellency Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa on the outstanding sporting achievement of the Interior Ministry’s tennis team in the 4th Arab Veterans Tennis Championship held in Egypt.
He praised the team's commendable results and high level of professionalism, which reflected a positive image of the Ministry's personnel's capabilities and competence.
He highlighted that these accomplishments resulted from the unwavering support extended by His Excellency the Minister of Interior to tennis, which significantly contributed to the team’s growth. He also commended the comprehensive preparation plan implemented ahead of the tournament, which included an intensive training camp that played a pivotal role in securing these results.
He affirmed that this achievement is a strong incentive to continue efforts to develop tennis within the Ministry further. He stressed the importance of dedicating all necessary resources to support the athletes and ensure active participation in future competitions at both local and international levels.
The Interior Ministry team was represented by Lt-Colonel Mohammed Sayyar, Major Fatima Al-Zoubi, Major Mohammed Janahi, and Major Reem Al-Hashimi.
