His Excellency Capital Governor Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, received the Tunisian writer Saleem Mustafa, a columnist for Al-Bilad newspaper, who presented him with a copy of his book “From The Door of the Sea to Bab Al Bahrain”.
HE the Capital Governor commended the media’s contribution of the writer to strengthening international relations and promoting the values of tolerance and peace. He also praised the writer's work on Bahraini-Tunisian relations.
The writer expressed his appreciation to HE the Capital Governor for his encouragement and recognition of intellectual publications. He described the book as a tribute to Bahrain, reflecting the respect and appreciation he experienced during his stay.
