The Chief of Public Security, Lt-General Tariq Al Hassan, attended the Coast Guard Football Tournament finale, held as part of the Coast Guard’s sports activities aimed at promoting physical fitness and fostering competitive spirit among personnel.
The Chief emphasised that organising such sporting events reflects the Interior Ministry’s support for institutional and athletic programmes that strengthen physical readiness and cooperation among staff, thereby positively impacting professional and security performance.
He commended the outstanding organisation of the tournament and the high level of sportsmanship and skill displayed by the participants.
At the conclusion of the event, the Chief presented trophies and medals to the winning teams, expressing appreciation for the efforts of the organising committees in ensuring the event's success.
