As part of the Government Action Plan, the Human Resources Directorate has launched the “Improving Air Quality in the Workplace” initiative. The project is implemented in cooperation with a group of students from the Ministry of Education and a team of specialists, reflecting the Interior Ministry’s commitment to community partnership.
The initiative aims to create a healthy and comfortable work environment that enhances employee productivity and improves the quality of work outputs. This will be achieved through the monitoring and measurement of air quality across Human Resources facilities, and the development of action plans to improve it.
The initiative also provides students with a practical opportunity to apply their educational skills in a real-world setting, reinforcing the concept of learning tied to community needs and encouraging the adoption of sustainable practices within government institutions.
