The Anti-Human Trafficking and Public Morals Directorate of the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science has arrested 64 individuals in separate incidents for offences related to public morality and the illegal sale of alcoholic substances.
The Directorate stated that, upon receiving relevant information, investigative operations were launched, which led to identifying the suspects and seizing the illicit alcohol.
The General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science confirmed that the necessary legal procedures have been initiated in preparation for referring the cases to the Public Prosecution.
The Criminal Media Division stressed the importance of continued community partnership in supporting efforts to combat immoral acts and suspected human trafficking.
