Heads of community centres (Mattams) and processions in Muharraq Governorate expressed their utmost appreciation and gratitude to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, for his generous support to the Ashoora season. They also praised the efforts and services of the government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, which contribute to providing all the requirements for the success of all religious occasions.
This was highlighted during a meeting with the Muharraq Governor, Salman bin Isa Bin Hindi Al Mannai, in the presence of the Deputy Muharraq Governor, the Director-General of Municipality and representatives from the Muharraq Police Directorate, the General Directorate of Traffic, the General Directorate of Civil Defence, the Directorate of Jaffary Endowments and the Electricity and Water Authority.
The Governor highlighted that the Muharraq Governorate consistently reflects the coexistence and solidarity between societal segments, especially during national and religious occasions. He emphasised the dedication to providing all necessary facilities for the success of such events.
