As part of the Interior Ministry’s commitment to strengthening its community partnership strategy and fostering constructive engagement with all societal segments, Director-General of the Capital Governorate Polic, Colonel Isa Hassan Al Qatta, conducted a field visit to several Community Centres (Mattams) and hussainiyas in the governorate to review ongoing organisational preparations for the season.
During the visit, he emphasised the importance of continued cooperation and coordination between security authorities and Mattams administrators to ensure the religious occasion is observed in a safe and secure environment. He noted that the Capital Governorate Police Directorate is implementing a comprehensive plan focused on enhancing public safety, facilitating smooth traffic flow, and creating a suitable atmosphere for the performance of religious rituals.
