As part of its efforts to combat crime and maintain public security and order, the Anti-Human Trafficking and Public Morals Protection Directorate at the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Science arrested 47 individuals for public morality violations during the first half of 2025. The arrests were made during 17 security campaigns, which also resulted in the seizure of quantities of alcoholic substances in the possession of the suspects.
The Director of the Anti-Human Trafficking and Public Morals Protection stated that necessary legal measures had been taken against the individuals, stressing that such campaigns would continue to protect society from harmful practices that contradicted the community's values and moral principles.
